History of the Company
- Established in 1996 with a capital of JD2,000,000 under the name of Amman Insurance Co. Ltd.
- In 2002, new investors took over the company, and changed the name to Euro Arab Insurance Group
- (2005): Capital increased to JD4,000,000
- (2006): Capital increased to JD6,000,000
- (2007): Capital increased to JD8,000,000
